The service

Secrypt provides private AI chat. Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for how you use outputs - especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Secrypt to:

• Violate laws or others' rights
• Generate or distribute malware, spam, or abusive content at scale
• Attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Harass, threaten, or exploit others

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or risk to the platform.

Accounts and billing

Paid plans (Pro, Unlimited) are billed as described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through your account or payment provider. Refunds follow our billing partner's policies unless required by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data. In short: we don't use your conversations for model training or ads.

Disclaimer

Secrypt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free replies, or that the service will meet every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secrypt and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
